What You See: Set Sail aboard our Sailing catamaran and visit a natural and pristine sand cay, which is Michaelmans Cay. The day is then your to explore.
MICHALEMAS CAY: A low lying vegetated Sand Cay encircled by a superb fringing reef; the Cay is a National Park and a protected sanctuary for migratory seabirds.
The Michaelmas Cay cruise offers a wide range of activities, slip on your flippers and goggles, snorkel from the shallow clear waters of the sand cay amongst tropical reef fish, giant clam, and a myriad of soft and hard corals, join a snorkelling lesson or guided tour with our marine biologists. Experience Scuba diving for your very first time with our Padi professionals. There are also semi-submersible tours with an educational commentary to enhance your reef education experience. Enjoy a superb hot& cold buffet lunch (including seafood) all freshly prepared on board by our chefs. A Nine to One passenger to crew ratios ensures a five star service is delivered to all guests.

7.45 am Boarding commences. Complimentary tea and coffee, served until departure.
8:30am Depart Cairns for the Great Barrier Reef.
9:00am Safety demonstration, reef brief and snorkelling / dive demonstration.
9:30am Informative Marine Biologist slide show presentation.
10:30am Arrive at destination. Reef activities commence including snorkelling, coral viewing on our air conditioned semi-submersible, beach walks, scuba diving and swimming.
12:00 noon Buffet lunch served on board.
1:00pm Continuation of reef activities.
2:30pm Freshly baked cake and afternoon tea is served. On completion of safety head count we depart Michaelmas Cay for a return sail to Cairns.
5:00pm Arrive Cairns. Return coach transfers to hotel are waiting.
