TOUR HIGHLIGHTS:-Swim in Lake McKenzie, the island's most beautiful lake with its clear blue water ringed by white sandy beaches. -Explore Pile Valley and Central Station, a former forestry camp with huge satinay, scribbly gum, brush box and kauri trees. -Walk along the banks of Wanggoolba Creek which flows gently and silently through lush rainforest. -Trek over Hammerstone Sand Blow and swim in emerald-green Lake Wabby. -Travel up famous Seventy-Five Mile Beach to see the coloured sands of the Pinnacles and the wreck of the cruise ship Maheno. -Stop for a swim in Eli Creek as it flows swiftly through the dunes out to sea. -Take in the stunning views of the island beaches and sand blows from Indian Head, spot dolphins, rays, sharks, turtles or even whales swimming in the sea below.Itinerary can change due to tides and weather conditions.

EURONG BEACH RESORTThe perfect beach-front base for your adventures and exploring Fraser Island. Right on the eastern beach with accommodation to suit all budgets, this is the hub for day tours, accommodated safaris and 4WD adventures. It's an easy drive up famous Seventy-Five Mile Beach to see the mighty sand blows, coloured sands, Eli Creek spilling into the ocean, the Maheno shipwreck, Indian Head and the Champagne Pools. Close by are the rainforests around Pile Valley and Central Station and beautiful, fresh-water lakes with white sandy beaches, which include McKenzie, Birrabeen and Wabby. 

Departures / Pickups

On the first day the tour departs Rainbow Beach at approximately 9.00am and travels to Inskip Point for the barge crossing to Hook Point on Fraser Island.
On the next day the tour departs Fraser Island at approx 4.00pm on the barge, arriving back in Rainbow Beach between 4.30 - 5.00pm to drop you off to your accommodation.
